Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about calligraphy courses, worksheets, supplies and learning resources.

What calligraphy style do you teach?

I focus on Pointed Pen Calligraphy. Which is any styles that use the Pointed Nib, such as traditional Copperplate, Variations, Flourishing and modern calligraphy.

Many of the techniques taught can also be applied to modern pointed pen calligraphy and other pointed pen scripts.

What supplies do I need to get started?

A pointed nib, oblique pen holder, ink, and smooth paper are all you need to begin. Read my blog to see the list of supplies I recommend for starting.

Do the worksheets include tracing exercises?

Yes. The worksheets include guided exemplars and traceable exercises to help build confidence and consistency with ease.

Can I print the worksheets multiple times?

Yes. Once purchased, the worksheets are yours for personal use and can be printed as many times as needed for practice.

What size are the worksheets letters?

The worksheets are generally designed at a 5mm x-height (which means the letter "x" would be 5mm high). This is the optimal size I recommend for practising, and it will prepare you to write at smaller or larger sizes later.

    Do you offer refunds?

Because our worksheets are digital products delivered instantly via download, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a digital file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or revoked.
We highly recommend reviewing the product description and details carefully before making your purchase.
